This is where we GET REAL with Coach Cora! We get real and authentic here in the journey of developing ourselves! We chip away at the stories we tell ourselves. The scripts that have been written for us and by us. We are going to laugh, cry, and get it out. Because the best part of learning is knowing we need to!
This is a safe place. We DO not put others down, we lift each other up for having the COURAGE to examine ourselves. No judgment. We listen. We process. We reflect.
No BS. We work hard to stay out of the Drama Triangle. So if someone does not accept your invitation to go into the drama triangle, receive that as feedback. If someone invites you into the drama triangle, receive that as practice to say no!
If anyone chooses to be antagonistic or to create an environment in which others do not feel safe or comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, they will be removed from group. Period.
Examples of what will get one removed are: personal attacks on others that include name calling, insults, or inappropriately confrontational.
In addition to this platform, subscribers are invited to a monthly live ZOOM call in which we review development material and reflect on our own opportunities for growth. Registered participants receive materials in advance of which the monthly call is centered on.

- Don’t blow up other members’ feeds. If someone isn’t responding to you, let it be
- No pornography
